• Understand that this is only a register of your interest - not a confirmed booking. You will be contacted by a Royal Flair representative in the event that you have been allocated to a tour.
• All visitors will be temperature tested prior to entry
• Photo ID must be presented on arrival
• All mobile phones to be switched OFF at all times
• The tour will go for approximately 1 hour
• You are NOT permitted to enter any units on the production line
• Do not use the facilities on the caravans!
• NO photos/videos are permitted without our prior consent
• While in the factory please stay together and follow instructions from Royal Flair Staff
• Visitors are not permitted to walk outside of the designated walkways
• NO Pets allowed except guide dogs
• Closed shoes MUST be worn
• If you have a vehicle on order there is no guarantee you will be able to view it
• You CANNOT attend the tour if You have:
• Any cold/flu like symptoms?
• Come into contact with anyone with Coronavirus?
• Traveled overseas in the last 5 days?
• A temperature reading higher than 37.2 degrees.
• We ask you to wear a face mask at all times during the tour
